Abstract:
To provide a press device for dispensing with not only an individual press molding process for a spring-back correction but also an individual press molding device therefor.SOLUTION: When moving an upper die 12 upward after bending-processing a steel plate W supported by a lower die 10 by approaching the upper die 12 to the lower die 10, a correction member 26 projects upward and comes into contact with a bending-processing directional tip end part T of the steel plate W, and the correction member 26 is energized upward by an energization member 18. The correction member 26 is formed with a taper part 28 promoting bending-processing of the steel plate W by upward energization by the energization member 18 while continuing with a contact part 30 for coming into contact with the bending-processing directional tip end part T of the steel plate W. The contact part 30 of the correction member 26 comes into contact with the bending-processing directional tip end part T of the steel plate W, then the taper part 28 push-moves a bending-processing part B of the steel plate W so as to promote the bending-processing of the steel pate W, and spring-back caused in the bending-processing part B is corrected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
