Abstract:
To provide a press device capable of easily applying compression pressurization means for executing compression drawing processing even to an existing press device body.SOLUTION: A press device comprises a lower die set 4 attached on a press device body 2 and an upper die set 6 disposed on the lower die set 4 so as to be able to reciprocate, and has a front drawing processing area and a compression drawing processing area 12 between the lower die set 4 and the upper die set 6. In correspondence to the compression drawing processing area 12, a compression drawing punch 28 is attached on the lower die set 4, and a compression drawing die 34 is attached on the upper die set 6. Further, compression pressurization means 46 is provided in relation to the compression drawing punch 28. The compression pressurization means 46 comprises a compression pressurization plate 52 acting on an intermediate molding body 20a, a pressurization link 58 connected with the compression pressurization plate 52, and a fluid pressure cylinder mechanism 64 for adding compressive force to the compression pressurization plate 52 via a pressurization link 58.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
