Abstract:
To make it possible to comprehend loading of a metal mold in each process at each timing regarding a press device having N pieces of metal molds for molding in plural processes.SOLUTION: A press device comprises: N pieces of metal molds (C1 to C4) carrying out the molding operation including plural processes; the conveyance mechanisms (30, 40) conveying workpieces; the workpiece identification parts (51, 70) identifying whether or not the workpiece exists in each metal mold; a load measurement part (52) measuring total load acting on N pieces of the metal mold; a molding treatment part (75) repeating the treatment which molds plural workpieces by one stroke using N pieces of the metal mold to carry out plural processes of molding to each workpiece; and an individual load calculation part (76) calculating the load acting on each metal mold using total load measured by the load measurement part, and the identification result of the workpiece identification part when the workpieces are conveyed by changing a conveyance pattern to a conveyance pattern different from the one during molding treatment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
