Abstract:
To provide a press-fit load setting method capable of preventing a permanent magnet from scattering while achieving weight reduction and cost reduction, and to provide a motor manufacturing method.
The method is provided for setting a press-fit load of an end surface plate 90 and a rotor yoke 61 into an output shaft 24, and is characterized in that the press-fit load Fc of the end surface plate 90 and the rotor yoke 61 into the output shaft 24 is set to be larger than a bending deformation load Fb for bending and deforming the end plate 91, while the rotor yoke 61 abuts on a magnet plate 92.
