To improve the quality of work in press-forming by configuring a rotary cam of a press-forming die in such a way that the rotary cam withstands the strong force applied thereto, and to achieve cost reduction by simplifying the return configuration of the rotary cam.
A negative-angle press-forming die includes: a pad 2, which is fixed to an upper die and vertically movable and holds work W; a machining slide cam 3, which is supported to slide laterally along a cam surface 4b and having a bending edge 3b at one end thereof; and a rotary cam 4, which has a bending portion 4a, is supported wholly by a lower die, and is rotated by a rotation device 6, wherein a slide block 7 constituting the rotation device 6 is provided, on its rear surface, with a rotary operation surface 7b for returning the rotary cam 4 to its original position.
