Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: Not to limit a size and shape of an edge part, rim part and blanket arranged around the peripheral part of an angle folded flange part in meal formed part and not to generate wrinkle or strain to a circular arc shaped bent part.
SOLUTION: A first drawing forms a projecting part by pressing/holding a forming member 1-1 between a blank holder and a first die having circular arc bending part and pressing the forming member with a first drawing punch and first die. A second drawing forms angle folded parts 3-1, 3-2 so that by fitting/arranging the forming member with aligning the inner peripheral face of projecting part formed to the forming member to the outer peripheral face of projected line parts 15-1, 15-2 having circular arc bent part arranged to a lifter 13-1, successively, while pressing/holding the forming member with second dies 11-1, 11-2 having the corner part similar to the outer peripheral face of projected line part of lifter, by pressing a second drawing punch 12 having the corner part similar to the outer peripheral face of projected line part of lifter, angle folded parts 3-1, 3-2 are formed.
