PURPOSE: To prevent a slip on a press iced snow road by jetting sand to its surface, in a wheel or front wheel driven to be started by using a blower motor through a sand feed pipe from a sand storage tank.

CONSTITUTION: In wheels or front wheels 14 and the like driven to be started by using a blower motor 3 through a sand feed pipe 2 from a sand storage tank 1, sand is jetted by pipes 10, 12 to a press iced snow road surface. The tank l of sand is set up in a trunk in a passenger car, on a roof of a driver's base in a large scaled vehicle and between a load carrying platform and the driver's base in a trailer. Opening/closing the sand feed pipe 2 are operated by opening/closing devices 10, 11, 12 from the storage tank 1 of sand by operation from a driver's seat, and when started a slip even during running, jetting sand is quickly operated to the road surface by the pipes 10, 11, 12.
