PURPOSE: To simplify the system to operate an operation lever, and to separate an upper lever member far from a lower lever member and the worker by installing the upper lever member at one end of an operation lever of L-shape or C-shape, connecting the other end of the operation lever to a driving device which operates reciprocating, furnishing its pivot point near a center member, and positioning the pivot point at a position lower than the top of the lower lever member.

CONSTITUTION: When an air cylinder device 7 is contracted to pull the other end 8 of an upper operation lever 4, the lever 4 is rotated clockwise making a pivot point 3 as the fulcrum, and separates an upper lever member 1 from a lower lever member 2. And when the air cylinder device 7 is expanded to push the other end 8, the operation lever 4 is rotated counterclockwise to contact the upper lever member 1 to the lower lever member 2, and then pushes the lower lever member 2. In this case, the lower lever member 2 is rotated a little counterclockwise around the pivot point 6, and acts to make the contact and the pressing between the upper lever member 1 and the lower lever member even.
