Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide the mold release characteristics of an inorganic green plate and an upper mold.

CONSTITUTION: A press molding machine has an upper mold 1 and a lower mold 2 and press molds an uncured inorganic green plate 4 between the mold 1 and the mold 2, and comprises an elastic piece 3 for releasing the edge of the plate 3 brought into close contact with the mold 1 at the time of pressure releasing of a mold from the molding surface of the mold 1 and provided at the outer periphery of the molding surface of the mold 1.
