Abstract:
To prevent occurrence of a spoilage in a press plate without gap in which a seam is eliminated and an offset printer having the press plate.
The press plate 11 without gap used for the offset printer comprises a sleeve 12 having no seam elastically deformable in a radial direction, an oleophobic layer 13 forming a non-printing element part formed on the sleeve 12, and an oleophilic layer 14 forming a printing element part formed on the layer 13.
