Abstract:
To downsize a device and achieve both of downsizing of the device and improvement of the quality.SOLUTION: A press processing device 1 comprises: a frame 2 which is fixed with a plurality of actuators 4, 4, 4...; and a die unit 6. The die unit 6 comprises: a die set 20; a placement table 21 which is arranged in the die set 20; and a plurality of dies 22, 24 and a plurality of punches 26, 28, 30, 32, 34. The placement table 21 has a placement surface 21a on which a material BL can be placed. The dies 22, 24 and the punches 26, 28, 30, 32, 34 are connected with respective actuators 4, 4, 4.... With the press processing device 1, a plurality of pieces of folding processing can be performed to the material BL in a state where the material BL is placed on the placement surface 21a, and the device can thus be downsized.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
