Abstract:
To control the mechanical vibration, to reduce the noise, and to improve the durability of each parts.
An upper plate 7 is provided on an upper frame 5 provided on a C-shaped frame 3, and a weight 17 is suspended from the upper plate 7 through a suspension member 13. An elastic member 19 is stretched on the suspension member 13, and a shock absorber 25 is provided between the weight 17 and the upper plate 7. The vibration of the upper frame 5 is completely stopped in one oscillation after the breakthrough before damping.
