Holder 9 is made by hinging the side of a pair of holders 9a, which has enough length for trousers, with hinge 12. These two holders 9 are placed facing each other. The upper and bottom sides of the holders are connected with upper bridge 10 and bottom bridge 11. Hook 14 is provided with the center of the upper bridge 10. Heater 5, which puts a heater with a heat- resistant sheet, is provided with one of the inside of the holder 9a. Elastic and flat cushion 6 is provided with the other inside of the holder 9a. Lock mechanism 13, which locks the two closed holders 9a, is provided with the upper part of the holder 9a. The lock mechanism consists of revolving hook plate 13a and pin 13b which is locked with the revolving hook plate 13a.
