Abstract:
To provide a press device which can effectively suppress torsion and wall camber when manufacturing a press molded product that is long and has a hat-shaped cross section, and includes a part curving in a plan view.SOLUTION: A press device 1 comprises: a lower punch 4 including a top face with a curved part; a lower cushion 5 which supports the lower punch 4; an inside lower jig 6i; an upper pad 7; and an upper die 8. The inside lower jig 6i is so located as to be adjacent to an inside bottom surface 43i of the lower punch 4. The inside lower jig 6i has an inside lower blade 61i at an edge adjacent to the inside bottom surface 43i of the lower punch 4. The inside lower jig 6i has an inner groove 62i, which is formed along a curved inner side edge of the curved part, in a top face. The upper die 8 has an inside upper blade 84i at an edge adjacent to an inside recess 83i of an inside lower surface 82i. The upper die 8 has an inner convex ridge 85i projecting from the inside lower surface 82i at a position facing the inner groove 62i of the inside recess 83i.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
