PURPOSE: To obtain the facing sheet having moderately glossy, uneven surface, by using the pressing roll on which the uneven shape is formed by composing the enamel part having the minute uneven state and the metal part on the surface of the substrate roll.

CONSTITUTION: The 20W300μ thick enamel frit 3 is printed on the surface of the substrate roll 1 of 20W100cm diameter. The 5W50μ particles, etc. which are burnt out or contract in their volume during enamel baking process or particles, etc. which fall out after enamel baking are blasted, embedded and attached to the glazed part. The traces of particles burnt out or falling off during or after baking become minute unevenness, and the 10W100μ thick plated part 6 is formed on the surface of the substrate 2 not enameled by plating, thus the embossing roll 7 is obtained. The minutely uneven surface 8 or the glossy surface 9 are obtained on the surface of the facing sheet 10 by using this roll 7.
