PURPOSE: To reduce the time required for pressure casting per sheet of grids considerably, by installing two pairs of dies for a nozzle part, moving the dies and injecting molten lead alternately.
CONSTITUTION: Dies 9 located on a stationary plate 1 side are moved to the position of a nozzle 8 for injection when an operating switch is operated. Upon ending of the movement, the dies 9 descend and after checking of the fitting to each other, the pressure is reduced immediately and molten lead 4 is charged through the nozzle 8 onto the dies 9. The dies 9 move upward so as to be detached from the nozzle 8 upon ending of the charging and moves to the original plate 11 side. The lead is cooled, and thereafter, the dies 9 are opened and the grid is removed. On the other hand, dies 10 move to the position of the nozzle 8 from a stationary plate 12 side at the same instant when the dies 9 move to the plate 11 side, whereafter said dies operate in the same tact as the tact of the dies 9 and finally the dies return to the plate 12 side.
