To compensate a dimensional error at the time of connecting a connecting pipe piece, and to lower the manufacturing cost by supporting a connecting pipe piece, which exchanges a fuel housing and the fuel, freely to be turned in relation to a valve housing through a turning supporting device provided in a pressure control valve.

A pressure control valve 2 is provided with a fuel housing 4 and a pressure control valve 6. The pressure control valve 6 has a valve housing 8 and a connecting pipe piece 10, and the fuel housing 4 is mainly formed of a supplying body 12 and a returning body 14. A pipe piece 16 is connected to the supplying body 12, and a stopper 30 is formed in the end surface of the pipe piece 16 inside thereof at the opposite side of the supplying body 12, and the valve housing 8 abuts on the stopper 30. On the other hand, the returning body 14 is formed into a tubular shape so as to form a connecting member 18, and the connecting member 18 is connected to the connecting pipe piece 10. With this structure, the connecting pipe piece 10 is supported by the valve housing 8 freely to be turned through a turning supporting device 34.
