Abstract:
PURPOSE:To stabilize the pressure governing operation of the spool of a pressure control valve by making air which stagnates in the plunger operation space of the pressure control valve flow into a low-pressure space together with working liquid. CONSTITUTION:In the space where the tip of a needle valve 95a which is communicated with a low-pressure port 89, pressure liquid in a target pressure space 88 flows out through an opening 94. Therefore, the pressure is higher than the low pressure, the closer toward the opening 94 the higher it is. Then a part of the working liquid to flows out of the target pressure space 94 to the low-pressure port 89 reaches the working space of a plunger 97 through grooves 95a1, 95a2,and 95b1 to further flow out through the low-pressure port 89. The vibration or movement of the plunger 97 in a horizontal direction accelerates the flow of the working liquid. Thus, the working liquid flows in the working space of the plunger 97, so the air in the working space of the plunger 97 is discharged together with the working liquid.
