Title:
PRESSURE CONTROL VALVE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3249748
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the possibility that output pressure varies when a device stops operator even if there is a pressure leak in an air feeding solenoid valve or air exhausting solenoid valve.
SOLUTION: The pressure control valve is constituted by providing a main valve 40 which controls the air pressure from a supply source 39 and supplies to a pressure supplied body, the air feeding solenoid valve 29 which controls the pressure supplied to the pilot chamber of the main valve 40, and the air exhausting solenoid 31 which controls the pressure discharged from the pilot chamber to the outside. At least the air exhausting solenoid 31 so constituted that it is held in an open state when the device stops operation Consequently, even if the pressure in the pilot chamber is discharged to the outside the main valve 40 is held closed while the device stops operation, and even if there is a leak in the air feeding solenoid valve 29, the closed state of the main valve 40 is securely maintained.
