Abstract:
The adjacent surfaces of valve head and valve bore (14') between which the fluid flows are configured to define an interface angle, when the valve head is displaced from a valve seat. The interface angle is defined between the longitudinal axis and interface line (36) intersecting a point on the valve head surface and a point of the valve bore surface, so that the interface angle increases as the valve head is increasingly displaced from the valve seat. An independent claim is included for pressure control valve manufacturing method.
