Abstract:
PURPOSE:To detect the pressure of the inside of a rotor by the use of a signal oscillating part of a separated state. CONSTITUTION:The pressure detector consists of a body part 1 provided on a rotor to integrally rotate and a signal oscillating part 2 provided on a fixed part in the neighborhood of the rotor, and the body part 1 has a magnet 6 displacing in the radial direction of the rotor in accordance with the size of the inside of the rotor. A magnetic diaphragm 9 of a pressure sensor 8 of the signal oscillating part 2 is positioned so as to oppose it to the magnet 6 and further the magnetic diaphragm 9 of the pressure sensor 8 receives the reaction force in accordance with the displacement of the magnet 6 of the body part 1 because the magnetic diaphragm 9 is magnetized so that the opposed faces may become the same pole each other.
