Abstract:
PURPOSE:To extract a displacement of pressure as digital signal, by a method wherein a slit plate is moved depending on an intensity (strong or weak) relationship between two pressures to make a laser light irradiate the slit plate and the brightness (bright or dark) level due to the slit is counted. CONSTITUTION:A slit plate 8 moves vertical to a slit thereon depending on an intensity (strong or weak) relationship between two pressures. The slit plate 8 is irradiated with a laser light through a fiber 9a for emitting light. As the slit plate 8 moves from a certain state, a slit existing in the moving section closes the laser light to flash the laser light through the slit plate 8. The laser light through the slit plate 8 is detected with the fiber 9b for receiving light and the flashing is counted with a counter, thereby measuring a movement of the slit plate 8.
