Abstract:
To provide a pressure drag effect ceramic material that scarcely changes resistance against temperature, and to provide a dynamic quantity sensor material utilizing the ceramic material.
This ceramic material has a perovskite structure and a composition expressed by RExCeyAEa-x-yMnO3-z (RE is a rare-earth element except Ce; AE is an alkaline earth metal element; 0.60≤x≤0.85, 0.001≤y≤0.2, -0.2≤z≤0.5, 0.9≤a≤1.1).
