To provide a pressure-sealable recording paper having the removability the reduction of which caused by the penetration of water is suppressed.
The pressure-sealable recording paper has a pressure sensitive adhesive layer formed at least on one surface of a supporter, not exhibiting cohesiveness and adhesiveness in a normal state, and exhibiting the peelable adhesiveness by pressurizing. The pressure sensitive adhesive layer comprises a natural rubber derivative obtained by grafting at least an unsaturated monomer, a filler and a polyvinyl alcohol having ≥95% degree of saponification. The unsaturated monomer grafted to the natural rubber derivative is at least one kind or more selected from the group consisting of methyl methacrylate, styrene and acrylonitrile, and the graft ratio of the unsaturated monomer is 10-40 mass%. The compounded proportion of the polyvinyl alcohol is 1-20 mass%.
