To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition for forming a pressure-sensitive adhesive optical film which is for sticking to a glass member for a liquid crystal cell, and excellent in stable releasability of the release sheet, in removability from the glass member for the liquid crystal cell, and in durability after sticking.
The pressure-sensitive adhesive composition includes: a polymer [P] having a carboxyl group or a hydroxyl group and exhibiting a glass transition temperature of (-80) to 10C; a reaction product (F) being the reaction product (F) of a silane compound (f2) having an isocyanate group and an alkoxysilyl group with a polyol (f1) and comprising a hydroxyl group and an alkoxysilyl group; and a reactive compound (G) capable of reacting with at least one of the carboxyl group or the hydroxyl group in the polymer [P].
