Abstract:
To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive, a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet using the pressure-sensitive adhesive, and a method for producing glass parts using the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet.
The pressure-sensitive adhesive contains a (meth)acrylic ester polymer, a urethane acrylate oligomer having ≥4 vinyl groups, and a silicone graft polymer, wherein an isocyanate component of the urethane acrylate oligomer having ≥4 vinyl groups is an aliphatic diisocyanate. The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is excellent in chipping property in dicing, ensures easy chip peeling in pickup work, and does not generate adhesive cracks due to a pickup pin.
