To prepare a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet which has an excellent flexibility necessary for a marking film, followability to an adherent surface and machine cuttability and which has a substrate layer constituted with a polyolefin-based resin film easy to be formed by a calendering process of a good productivity, and besides can be produced in a small lot and be incinerated after the marking film is used with a simple incinerator.
This pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet has a polyolefin-based resin substrate layer formed at the one side of the pressure-sensitive layer; which substrate layer has been formed by blending a soft polypropylene-based resin and a pigment, where the above resin has a wt.-average molecular weight(Mw) of 80,000-500,000 and elutable resin amounts by a cross-fractionation method as follows: at from not less than 0 to not more than 10°C, 45-80 wt.%; at from more than 10 to not more than 70°C, 5-35 wt.%; at from more than 70 to not more than 95°C, 1-30 wt.%; and at from more than 95 to not more than 125°C, 3-35 wt.%; under a blend ratio of 100 pts.wt. of the resin to 1-200 pts.wt. of the pigment, and then by calendering the mixture.
