PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discriminate the time of releasing without releasing unexpectedly at the time of temporary adhering in a confidential postcard sheet that information can be visually recognized when the temporarily adhering surface is released.
SOLUTION: One surface of a surface to be temporarily adhered is coated with a releasable type sticky layer 2 which is not adhered in a normal state before adhering and after releasing and adhered by pressure, and the other surface is formed with an overprint layer. A sheet that inner information can be visually recognized when released is formed with a strong adhered part that a base material and the layer 2 are adhered by stronger adhesive strength than that of the layer 2 to the overprint layer on the part exposed with the base material without overprint layer on the surface to be temporarily adhered with the overprint layer formed. When it is released after it is temporarily adhered, the surface layer side of the base material of the strong adhered part 6 exposed before the temporary adherence is broken to be transferred to the layer 2 side, and hence it is discriminated that the broken surface is generated and released.
