Abstract:
To eliminate the surface irregularity and nonuniformity in gloss of a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, which have been observed when a cast coated paper produced by the rewet casting or gel casting method was used as the surface base material of a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet.
A pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet in formed by laminating a surface base material, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and a release sheet. The surface base material used comprises the one obtained by providing a coated layer of a dry coating weight of 1-10g/m2 on the rear of a cast coated paper produced by the rewet casting or gel casting method.
