Title:
PRESSURE-SENSITIVE ADHESIVE SURFACE PROTECTION FILM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2007009109
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive surface protection film with superior removability that has moderate low pressure-sensitive adhesive property required for removal reuse and does not damage removability due to increased adhesive strength when left under a high temperature environment, in which a pressure-sensitive adhesive is not fallen upon the removal and even when an impact is added after application of the film, the film is not stripped as easily due to the impact.

This pressure-sensitive adhesive surface protection film is used for protection of a substrate surface through its application, provided with (1) adhesive strength A to polymethylmethacrylate resin surface with a smooth surface of 0.05-1.0 N/25 mm, (2) adhesive strength B after heating at 90°C for 168 h of ≤1.0 N/25 mm, (3) a parameter α of wear resistance of ≤0.05, and (4) the removal is carried out without a slip-stick phenomenon at a peel rate of 1,000 mm/min.
