This alteration preventing pressure-sensitive copy sheet is constituted by superposing a first sheet (upper paper) wherein a color former layer containing microcapsules including an electron donating org. color former is provided on a support and a second sheet (lower paper) wherein a coupler layer containing a coupler reacting with the electron donating org. color former to form a color is provided on a support one upon another in such a state that the color former layer and the coupler layer are opposed to each other. In this case, at least a part of the coupler layer of the second sheet is formed as a releasable coupler layer and inorg. pigment of which the surface is treated with at least one kind of a coating agent selected from aluminum alcoholate, aluminum chelate, organotitanate and a silane compd. is added to the releasable coupler layer.
