Abstract:
To provide a new pressure sensing material in place of a ruby fluorescence method, capable of sensing a pressure in a system in an ultra-high pressure region.SOLUTION: There is provided a material for sensing a load pressure by a wavelength change of an emission spectrum depending on a load pressure value in an ultra-high pressure region of 1 GPa or higher. The material is a pressure sensing material comprising an inclusion complex constituted of a host compound and a guest molecule included in a cavity generated in a structure inside of the host compound. A pressure measurement method utilizing the inclusion complex is also provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
