Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce measurement errors of pressure.SOLUTION: An electric resistance value of a heat generation section when a temperature of a specific portion to be a portion of an outer surface of a heater unit and located on the tip side further than a rear end of a tip heat generation section as a position in an axial direction is 1200°C is 0.73 Ω. A resistance ratio R1 is larger than a resistance ratio R2. The resistance ratio R1 is a ratio of an electric resistance value of the tip heat generation section when the temperature of the specific portion is 1200°C to an electric resistance value of the tip heat generation section when the temperature of the specific portion is 20°C. The resistance ratio R2 is a ratio of an electric resistance value of a rear end heat generation portion when the temperature of the specific portion is 1200°C to an electric resistance value of the rear end heat generation section when the temperature of the specific portion is 20°C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
