Title:
PRESSURE STRUCTURE APPARATUS ATTAINING QUICK CONSTRUCTION OF TARGET STRUCTURE BY FORCE-FED HYDRAULIC AND GAS PRESSURE INTO HOSE USING TIP FITTING OF HIGH PRESSURE HOSE TO MAKE FULL USE OF PRESSURE STRUCTURE APPARATUS PRESSURE HOSE AND USING CONNECTION FITTING TO FACILITATE CONSTRUCTION OF VARIOUS TARGET STRUCTURES, AND CHARGING PREDETERMINED AIR PRESSURE IN PRESSURE HOSE ROOF TYPE GAS ROOF WHICH IS INSTALLED TO SERVE AS AWNING, RAIN-COVER OR SNOW-GUARD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2009019480
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To construct a target structure assembled with a pressure-proof/airtight hose and special various pressure-proof/airtight connection fittings quickly applied to every natural disaster and every man-made disaster, and charging optional pressure liquid (mainly water) and gas (air, nitrogen, helium, hydrogen gas, etc.) therein.

The target structure prepared beforehand or coping with an emergency structure can be constructed by a high pressure technology in a new field allowing fire hoses and high pressure hoses to be designed and manufactured into various pressure structures. Liquid-gas is pressed into the hoses and connection fittings of the constructed object at optional pressure and circulated. A fluid temperature can be regulated, and an application range is various. A heating-cooling greenhouse effect, agricultural greenhouse effect and freeze snow-melting and defrosting effect can thereby be expected. The outside of the structure formed with the pressure hoses and the connection fittings is solidified with concrete. Further, inside pressure is released, and concrete is inserted and hardened. A steel frame can be an inlay type, a screw-type and can also be welded to construct a firm structure. The bores and materials of the pressure-proof/airtight hose or special connection fittings are also selected to be suitable for the target structure to produce the structure that can withstand for a short or long period of time. The hose is also usable as a hose for civil engineering work or dam construction. A fluid is force-fed to the fire hose or various hoses which are connected in a form of allowing the length and bores to coincide with the target structure, and the target structure can be immediately built up to achieve the purpose. When necessary, the required hoses can be set afloat on the water to serve as a bridge for emergency escape and rescue to achieve the purpose and can be easily recovered and stored.
