Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stir and beat various types of stirring raw materials in pressurized or decompression conditions.SOLUTION: A stirring tank 19 is removably installed in the inside of a pressurizing tank 12. A lid portion 13 is mounted to the pressurizing tank 12, and a rotary shaft of a stirring blade 18 rotating in the stirring tank 19 is inserted airtight almost in the substantial center of the lid portion 13, the other end of the rotary shaft being connected to an electric motor M. An inlet for introducing pressurized gas supplied from a compressor or a high pressure gas cylinder is disposed on the lid portion 13 of a pressurizing tank 12. This shuts the lid portion 13 airtight to stir and beat the raw materials in the stirring tank 19 in such a condition that the inside of the pressurizing tank 12 is increased to a desired pressure. An observation window 30 is disposed at an appropriate position of the lid portion 13 of the pressurizing tank 12, and an LED lamp is disposed on an inner surface of the lid portion 13. A suction port for connecting a vacuum pump is disposed at an appropriate position of the lid portion 13 of the pressuring tank 12. A space is provided between the pressuring tank 12 and the stirring tank 19 to allow cold water or hot water to be stored therein.
