To provide a pressurized water discharging apparatus having a safety countermeasure in its use comprised of a cleaning water storing container and a lid for sealingly closing the container so as to feed a generating gas-foamed chemical agent in the cleaning water stored in the sealingly closed container, apply a pressure in the container and discharge cleaning water, wherein the lid is prevented from being forcedly removed with the pressure in the container, and a user is not hurt with it.

This cleaning apparatus is comprised of a container for storing cleaning water and a lid for sealingly closing the container. Foamed chemical agent for generating gas is fed into the cleaning water stored in the sealingly closed container, a pressure is given to the inside part of the container by the generated gas so as to discharge the cleaning water and there is provided a mechanism for preventing the lid from being dropped from the container.
