Abstract:
To provide a pressurizing device that is effective in improving durability.SOLUTION: Pressurizing devices 33 and 43 comprise: cylinders 110; pistons 120 that protrude from the cylinders 110 toward an object to be pressurized and move forward or backward with respect to the object to be pressurized, by driving pressure in the cylinders 110; and load receivers 130 that are interposed between the pistons 120 and the object to be pressurized. The pistons 120 have concave parts 122 that open toward the object to be pressurized and store the load receivers 130. The concave parts 122 have bottom surfaces 123 that oppose to the object to be pressurized through the load receivers 130 and are formed to slide the load receivers 130 along the bottom surfaces 123.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
