Title:
PRESSURIZING AND HEATING FOR BONDING ARTICLE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH02237175
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable bonding of a number of solar cells without damages through application of arbitrary and uniform pressure and heat onto a panel by using a pressurizing torus balloon which functions to circulate fixed high temperature compressed air for pressurizing and heating when bonding a thin plate type article. CONSTITUTION:A torus balloon for pressurizing which consists of a sheet 1 whose inner side surface has a large elasticity and a sheet 2 whose outer side surface has less elasticity than the sheet 1 are put all over a structure member 5. After primer and adhesive are applied between the structure member 5 and a solar cell 4, the sheet 1 is brought into contact with the solar cell 2. Uniform and arbitrary load is applied to a number of cells 4 through adjustment of an air pressure of a compressor 6 with a heater, and arbitrary heating is applied through adjustment of the heater. Thereby, it is possible to bond a number of solar cells without damaging the solar cells by applying arbitrary pressure and heat onto a panel.
