To stabilize the movement of a clip, enhance the effect, and perform the multi-connection and miniaturization thereof by arranging a compression spring and a load transmitting shaft vertically to front and rear panel substrates.
Front and rear panel substrates 1, 2 are arranged opposite on the inner surface of a U-shaped sectional bracket lower side 11-2, and a load transmission shaft 12 is passed through a compression spring 13 between the upper surfaces of the substrates 1, 2 and the inner surface of the upper side 11-1 thereof and through the hole 14 of the upper side 11-1, and a C-shaped hook 15-1 is mounted on the other end part. Since no slide part is present because the diameter of the hole 14 is larger than that of the shaft 12, no dust is generated by rubbing. The substrates 1, 2 are nipped by the projection 16 of the load transmission shaft 12 and a projection 11-3, and fixed by the fastening force of a prescribed pre-compression load of the spring 13. The outer circumference of the substrates 1, 2 is fixed generally in 10 positions by arranging clips at equal intervals thereon. According to the above, the fulcrum of this clip is never moved since the working direction of the spring and the shaft is vertical to the substrates, and the hole, the projection, the shaft and the spring are concentrically arranged, and can be multi-connected and miniaturized.
