It is to be desired that the resistor 13 should be made spherical or columnar, that the skirt part 4 should be provided with a resistor supplier 14, that the resistors 13 should be coupled with one another by linear member, and that both ends of the linear member should be fixed to the bottom of the labyrinth structure.
