The pressurizing, volume-reducing, and granulating apparatus comprises a transportation cylindrical body 2 capable of transporting and guiding an object to be W, a spiral rotary body 4 installed in the transportation cylindrical body and carrying out pressurization, volume-decrease and transportation of an object to be treated in the transportation cylindrical body 2, a granulating mechanism 5 capable of attriting and granulating the object pressurized, reduced in volume, and transported by cooperative functions of a cutting edge board 6 and a rotary cutting edge board 7 and the rotary cutting edge board is installed in the spiral rotary body.
