Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate confirmation of a filling condition of a grout material into a sheath in a prestressed concrete member in which prestress is introduced with post tension.
SOLUTION: Inspection holes 3a are formed partially across an interval in the direction of length or continuously in the direction of length in the sheath 3 to form a probe passage 5 adjacent to an inspection hole 3a side of the sheath 3 and communicated with any surface of the prestressed concrete member 1, and the prestressed concrete member 1 is manufactured while the inside of the sheath 3 is communicated with the probe passage 5 through the inspection holes 3a. A microminiature camera 10 is inserted into the probe passage 5 to photograph the inside of the sheath 3.
