Abstract:
To provide a pretreatment method that enables fabric-like waste material composed of waste cloth such as clothing and curtain, to be blown into a cement firing system, such as cement kiln, by using a burner.
In the method, fabric-like waste material is first crushed by a crusher having a plurality of crush axis, such as a biaxial crusher, and then the crushed material obtained is further crushed by using a uniaxial crusher. By first coarsely crushing with a crusher having a plurality of crush axis, a uniaxial crusher can crush into a size that can be blown by a burner.
