Abstract:
To provide a pretreatment method of a powder raw material loaded into a refining furnace or a reaction furnace, with which it is possible to further reduce heat loss in a refining process or a reaction process.SOLUTION: A pretreatment method of a powder raw material loaded into a refining furnace or a reaction furnace includes: supplying the powder raw material onto a sieve mesh of a sieving facility; sieving the powder raw material into a plus sieve and a minus sieve through the sieve mesh by operating the sieving facility, while spraying a gas onto the powder raw material on the sieve mesh; and collecting the plus sieve from the sieving facility.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
