PURPOSE: To prevent the settlement of a utility pole by integrally combining a supporter and the pole with a concrete having strong bonding force on the basal portion of the pole.
CONSTITUTION: The semi-circular plates 2 of right and left-handed resistor plates 1 are set in a mutually facing manner on both sides of a utility pole 10 and clamped by bolts inserted into the holes 4 with nuts. Connecting levers 8 are fixed between connecting bolts 5, and connecting plates 7 are set and clamped with nuts. Bolts 9 are inserted into the nuts 6 and the resistor plates 1 are fixed to the pole 10. A specific cement prepared by providing strong bonding force and quick setting property for ordinary cement is poured into the aperture between the semi-circular plates 2 and the pole 10 and hardened to form a concrete body 11.
