Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent microorganisms, acorn barnacles, pearl oysters, wakame seaweed, etc. that adhere to a crawl net, a fishing net, fishing gear, a ship's bottom, or a buoy and grow there from adhering there, and to provide a method for preventing the adhesion.SOLUTION: A culture net is manufactured using polyethylene fiber made by heating polyethylene resin which is made by mixing active carbon of a coconut husk, graphite, or fine powder of copper into the inside of polyethylene resin and which is made electrically conductive, at around 270°C, drawing it, and making it electrically conductive. By applying a weak direct current or alternate current to the culture net, sea water is electrolyzed on a surface of the culture net so that highly toxic substance is generated.
