Abstract:
PURPOSE: To dispense powder from a dispensing hopper without leaking powder dust.
CONSTITUTION: A vibrating feeder 2 is connected in airtight form through a sealing means such as a bellows 4 on a dispensing nopper 1. A filter cloth 8 for filtering air which has prescribed capacity is arranged in the powder body transport passage of the vibrating feeder 2. The vibrating feeder 2 is operated intermittently, and the powder body is dispensed intermittently, and the air to be transported intermittently, together with air, is supplied from the filter cloth for filtering air, and the generation of dust is prevented.
