Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent oxidation deterioration and spontaneous combustion of coal bunker with keeping in white color for a long period of time without flowing out beaten in weather by spraying a resin solution containing white powder on the surface of open-bunkered coal hill and forming white coating film.
CONSTITUTION: A solution of acrylic resin, vinyl acetate resin, PE resin or polyester resin, etc., containing 1-30wt.% (preferably 3-10wt.%) white powder preferably composed of TiO2, etc., is sprayed on the surface of open-bunkered coal hill stored in a raw material yard of an iron mill, etc., to form white coating film.
