Abstract:
PURPOSE: To feed a number of articles to be packed to a packing machine as thry are stacked like straw bass without use of bundling materials.
CONSTITUTION: An endless belt 19 are installed with the support of a plurality of wheels 18 from a belt conveyor 14 transferring bar-form articles 17 to be packed, stacked like straw bags to the upper part of a former 10 molding a film belt 11 by a groove type mold. And a number of rubber sheets 21 are attached at every constant distance on the belt 19. The belt 19 is rotated at the same speed and direction as those of the film 11. In this time, respective flexible sheets 21 put an load on the article to be packed and prevent the articles stacked like straw bags from the load shifting.
