PURPOSE: To prevent generation of a crack without changing a production process of a decorative sheet, by sticking plywood to a decorative veneer by making use of an adhesive agent whose hardness after cure is low.
CONSTITUTION: When a decorative veneer 2 is stuck to a face veneer 4 of plywood 3 by making use of an adhesive agent 1 obtained by setting a resin combination so that hardness of rubber after cure becomes 20 degrees or less, even if a crack 6 due to shrinkage is generated from a face annular hole part 4a of the face veneer 4, the crack is not generated in the decorative veneer 2. With this method, generation of the crack in the decorative veneer 2 can be prevented through combination regulation of the adhesive agent 1 and generation of the crack in a decorative sheet can be prevented effectively without changing a manufacturing process of the decorative sheet.
